All financial obligations rest solely with Mr. <br />Berres. <br /> <br />Staff recommends we allow Mr. Berres to proceed with the rehab of his duplex at <br />2955/57 Arcade Street subject to compliance with all applicable building codes and <br />subject to review and approval by Little Canada’s Building Official of the specific work <br />needed to achieve code compliance with the understanding that “duplex status” will be <br />restored to the property once all work required by code and noted in this memo has been <br />completed to the satisfaction of the Building Official. Furthermore, upon completion of <br />the rehab, Mr. Berres can rent out his non-occupied unit subject to compliance with our <br />rental housing licensing ordinance.
