As <br />you are aware, the Contractor for the project is T.A. Schifsky & Sons. The total amount <br />earned by the Contractor on this partial pay estimate is $829,100.53. Subtracting 5% <br />retainage of $41,455.03, and previous payments of $768,826.71, the amount due the <br />Contractor is $18,818.79. <br /> <br />This pay estimate includes payment for restoration on Rose Place and Lakeshore and <br />the concrete walk installation on Noel Drive. We have inspected the work performed by <br />T.A. Schifsky & Sons, and find it to be in compliance with the plans, specifications, and <br />contract documents.
