A background and criminal check must be completed on all people hired as security <br />personnel. People with violent criminal histories or with questionable work histories <br />from previous jobs of a similar nature are not to be employed. Those records will be <br />available for inspection by the City upon request. <br /> All new hires shall receive on-line server and security training within 30 days of hire. <br />Note: Hoggsbreath is to provide a listing of on-line courses available from their provider <br />and agrees to offer all classes deemed essential by the City. All employees shall be <br />annually retrained on-site for responsible service and security protocol by Loss Control <br />Services, Inc. The City shall be advised of any change in instructors for training courses. <br /> Security personnel will not be armed on the premises (inside or in the parking lot). <br />• Security Staffing for all Entertainment Events held on Friday, Saturday, and any <br />holiday “eves” shall be a Hoggsbreath shall maintain a minimum of 12 security <br />personnel during events. Minimum Security Staffing for other days <br /> Sunday – two (2) security staff <br /> Monday – two (2) security staff <br /> Tuesday – three (3) security staff <br /> Wednesday – four (4) security staff <br /> Thursday – four (4) security staff <br />• Hoggsbreath shall prepare a written security plan that documents deployment of <br />personnel and how emergency situations are to be handled during the entertainment event <br />and after its conclusion. Specific emergency situations to be addressed are fires, robbery, <br />shootings, or any other emergency that would require evacuation of the building. Said <br />plan is to be provided to all employees and a plan to train staff on its use must also be <br />developed and followed. A copy will be provided to the City by September 15, 2017 and <br />the City shall also be notified of any changes to said plan. Hoggsbreath agrees to make <br />reasonable modifications to said plan at the request of the City and/or the Ramsey County <br />Sheriff’s Department based upon RSCD’s recommendations. <br />• Security personnel are to wear clothing that clearly identifies them as Security Personnel. <br />Said clothing shall be consistent among all security personnel and be brightly colored to <br />make it easier for patrons and law enforcement to identify them. (Orange/yellow <br />reflective vests and labeled “SECURITY” shall comply with this provision. When in <br />the parking lot, security personnel shall also wear reflective vests, shirts, or coats that <br />allow them to be clearly identified. <br /> A member of the security staff shall be posted at the entrance that is familiar with gang <br />signs/symbols. People displaying known gang signs/symbols are to be refused <br />admittance to the establishment while at the same time complying with Minnesota Statute <br />Section No. 604.12. <br /> Hoggsbreath will establish a dress code and publicize same at the entryway of the <br />premises in compliance with Minnesota Statute Section No. 604.12. A copy of the dress <br />code will be presented to the City and reviewed by the RCSD. Hoggsbreath shall make <br />reasonable modifications to the dress code as requested by RCSD. The dress code shall <br />be enforced daily from 9:00 p.m. until closing. <br /> Commencing at 9:00 p.m. and continuing until closing, Security personnel are to <br />screen people before entering the club to ensure no weapons or controlled substances <br />enter the establishment. Screening is to include visual inspection, examination of <br />bags/purses, ID checks, and wanding for metal detection. Pat downs of patrons shall
