At this time our <br />intention is to work with the adjacent property owners to obtain waivers of trespass or <br />temporary construction easements for the street work. We would ask the City Council to <br />provide direction if they feel there is a need to acquire additional right-of-way at this time. <br /> <br />At this time we are requesting the City Council order the feasibility report and in a <br />separate motion accept the feasibility report and call for the Public Hearing for these <br />road segments. Staff is proposing the Public Hearings be held on Monday, January 22, <br />2018 but that date can be moved to fit the Council’s schedule. We are also asking the <br />City Council to approve the proposed maximum residential capped assessment rate of <br />$73.44 per assessable front foot for 2018.
