McGraw agreed with Fischer and said the video capability is an <br />absolute must. Mr. Duray stated that he will ensure the new hard drive <br />can store a minimum of 10 days of video. McGraw stated that Mr. Duray <br />should give the City Administrator an update of how the new system <br />works to ensure the storage capacity. Torkelson clarified that during <br />closing times, some of the other security staff go to the parking lot to help <br />facilitate the customers leaving the property. Mr. Duray confirmed that as <br />more customers move outside, security staff also follows. <br />Fischer introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2017-12-229 —ACCEPTING THE AMENDED <br />CONDITIONS ALONG WITH THE 2 REQUESTS FROM <br />HOGGSBREATH OWNERS: ALLOWING I SECURITYSTAFFIN <br />THE PARKING LOT BETWEEN OCTOBER I AND MARCH 31, <br />ALLOWING MUSIC TO CONTINUE INSIDE UNTIL 1:45AMAND <br />ON PATIO UNTIL 1:30AM, ALONG WITH TOM DVRA Y WILL <br />PROVIDE NEW VIDEO SYSTEM INFORMATION TO THE CITY <br />ADMINISTRATOR; AND IF THERE ARE ANY PROBLEMS AT THE <br />HOGGSBREATH, STAFFAND THE COUNCIL WILL DISCUSS <br />THE ISSUES WITHIN S WORKING DAYS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Torkelson. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CASH FOR <br />The City Administrator reported that at the last meeting, Cash for Homes <br />HOMES <br />was before the Council requesting an extension for completing their <br />PROPERTIES <br />required tasks for their townhome development at 2736 and 2744 Rice <br />AT 2736 & 2744 <br />Street. He explained that the City is now taking a different approach and <br />RICE STREET <br />purchasing the property from Cash for Homes and redeveloping it with <br />Suite Living into senior housing consisting of assisted living and memory <br />care. He noted that the senior housing project would still need to go <br />through the whole planning process. He reported that Todd Franzen of <br />Cash for Homes has signed the purchase agreement and the attorney and <br />developer for Suite Living have agreed to the assignment of rights <br />agreement. <br />Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 2017-12-230 — RECESSING THE CITY COUNCIL <br />MEETING AND CONVENING AS THE ECONOMIC <br />DEVELOPMENT A UTHORITY <br />9 <br />
