MINUTES O~F TI3E REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JUNE t2, 2002 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 12`x' day of <br />Juue, 2002 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 5 ] 5 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael I. Fahey called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Mr. Michael I. Fahey <br />Council Member Ms. Beverly Scalze <br />Council Member Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Council Member Mr. Matt Anderson <br />Council Member Mr. Rick Montour <br />ALSO PRIiSEN"1': City Administrator Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />City Attorney Mr. 1'om Sweeney <br />Cable `I'V Producer Mr. Jeremy Brodin <br />Deputy Clerk Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINIJTES Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RE.S'OLUTION NO. 2002-6-121-APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE MAY22, 2002 REGULAR COUNCII, MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (S) LaValle, Scalze, Montour, Anderson, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />RLCE STI2EE'1'/ Mayor Fahey announced that immediately prior to this evening's regular <br />LITTLE CANADA meeting the Council held a workshop meeting with George Sherman, the <br />ROAD developer of the Rice Street/Little Canada Road area. Mr. Sherman is <br />REDEVELOR planning to submit plans for the senior housing/retail building for <br />MENT consideration by the Planning Commission and the Cowicil in July. <br />ISO RATING Mayor Fahey thanked the Little Canada Fire Department, the City's Public <br />Works Department, and other City staff for the work they did as part of a <br />recent insurance rating evaluation. Fahey announced that the City's ISO <br />rating has been improved from a Level 6 to a Level 4. This will likely <br />
