MINUTES CITY COUNCIL JUNE 2G, 2002 OTI'-SITI'i GAMBLING PERMIT - LITTLE CANADA HISTORICAI, SOCIETY Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2002-6-I49 -APPROVING AN OFF-SITE GAMBLING PERMIT FOR RAFFLE AT THE CANADIAN DAYS CELEBRATION FOR THF. 1_ITTI_E CANADA HLSTOI27CA7. SOCIETY The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalre. Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Anderson, Montour, Fahey. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. 104 F. L,IT'YLE "1'he City Administrator informed the Council that the City of Vadnais CANADA ROAD Heights has determined that they are not interested in the house at 104 East Little Canada Road. 'they have determined that the structure is not the original Vadnais Heights school as originally thought. However, the materials from the original school were used to construct the house at 104 Gast Little Canada Road. STATUS OF The City Administrator reconvnended that the bids for the 2002 BIDS I+OR Improvement work be rejected at this time given that the one bid 2002 received is substantially over estimate. He also recommended that the IMPROVI;MPNTS City proceed with the sewer work and the improvement of Ryan Drive during 2002. At this time it is anticipated Chat the City may be able to obtain quotations for this work. Mr- LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
