M1N UTES CITY COUNCIL JUNE 26, 2002 Council agreed that a revised site plan should be submitted for additional review. Fahey suggested thaC the Council may want to put some limitation on the number of units that can be stored on the property to ensure that the business does not become a large scale storage operation. Anderson requested information relative to the square footage of the storage area as well as square footage used on a per unit basis. Anderson stated that he wanted to be able to see how much of the total square footage of the outdoor storage area that 75 boats would take up, as an example. Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOI (JTION NO. 2002-G-748 - TABI,/NG ACTION ON THE REQUE.S'l` FOR REZONING OF 3T 80 COUNTRY DRIVE PENDING RECEIPT OF A REV/.S'ED .S"ITE PLAN AND A S'CREBNING PLAN FOR Tl~/E OUTDOOR .STORAGE AREA /3EINC PROPOSED ]3Y G/_ENN KLO.SK/N The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. Ayes (5) Fahey, LaValle, Anderson, Montour, Scalze. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. AMEND Mayor Fahey opened the Public Hearing to consider amending the Zoning ZONING Code to add the definitions for Offce-Warehouse and OtTice-Showroom CODE - to the def nitions section of the Code. The Planning Commission ADD recommended approval of the %oning Code Amendment. DEFINITIONS OF OFFICE- There was no one present fi'om the general public wishing to comment on WAREHOUSE this matter. AND OFFLCE- SHOWROOM Upon motion by Fahey, seconded by LaValle, the public hearing was closed. Mr. Fahey introduced the following ordinance and moved its adoption: ORDINANCE NO i34 - AN ORDINANCE A64ENDING SECTION 902.A. OF THE /JTTLE CANADA C/T3' COUE, KNOWN AS THE LONING ORDINANCE, B 1' PROVIDING FOR DEFINIT/ONS OF TERMS The foregoing ordinance was duly seconded by LaValle.
