M1NUTI;S <br />CITY COUNCIL, <br />JULY 9, 2002 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (4) Scalae, Montour, Anderson, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />BLACKTGRN The City Administrator reported that the Council recently approved the <br />OFTICT'JS - property line cornbinalion for some adjoining units at L3lacktern Office <br />PROPI/RTl' Park. However, in preparing to record these combinations with the <br />LINK: ISSUE County, the property owners are having ditTiculty given deed restrictions <br />that exist as part of this town o17ice development. To resolve the issue of <br />having an opening between two separate properties, it is staff's <br />recommendation that a covenant be recorded against these properties <br />which will require that the openings be closed in the event the units are <br />sold separately or arc put to separate use. "T'he Administrator <br />recommended that the City Attorney review and approve this covenant <br />prior to recording. <br />Nlr.
