CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 825 <br /> <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FEE/RATE SCHEDULE FOR THE CITY OF LITTLE <br />CANADA RELATIVE TO WATER & SEWER RATES AND ORGANIZED COLLECTION RATES <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Little Canada hereby ordains: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />The City of Little Canada Municipal Code is hereby amended to update the City’s Fee Schedule <br />increasing Water & Sewer rates and Organized Collection rates as attached hereto in Exhibit A. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and publication. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 28th of March, 2018 <br /> <br /> <br /> By: _________________________________ <br /> John T.
