MINUTES OF THE WORKSHOP MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />APRIL 11, 2018 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a workshop meeting of the City Council <br />of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 11t" day of April, 2018 in the <br />Conference Room of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said <br />City. <br />Mayor John Keis called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. and the following <br />members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Mr. John Keis <br />Council Member Mr. Tom Fischer <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />City Administrator <br />Morris Leatherman Co. <br />City Clerk <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />Mr. Mike McGraw <br />Mr. Christian Torkelson <br />(arrived at 6:27pm) <br />Mr. Joel Hanson <br />Mr. Peter Leatherman <br />Ms. Heidi Heller <br />Mayor Keis stated that the purpose of this evening's workshop is to discuss a <br />community survey. <br />DISCUSS A Peter Leatherman, Morris Leatherman, stated that the last Little Canada <br />COMMUNITY community survey was done in 2011 and had 112 questions. He noted that there <br />SURVEY is room to add more questions if the Council does not want to cut any old ones <br />out. He stated that he will go through the previous survey questions and the list <br />of potential topics in the staff report, and the Council can decide what they want <br />to include. <br />Fischer stated that there has been so much surveying of parks and recreation in <br />the last year, so there probably is not a need to ask many of these questions now. <br />The City Administrator stated that he created the list in the staff report based on <br />things that the Council has discussed. <br />There was Council consensus to include questions on these topics in the survey: <br />Trout Brook Trail completion, crossing through the city and over I-694 <br />Parks & Rec: <br />
