It would be <br />our intention to work with the private property owners to obtain the approvals and <br />assessment waivers for the water service and driveway curb work before construction <br />begins. If the City Council feels that residents should be informed of the higher bid <br />prices and possible increase in assessments before the project is awarded, action could <br />be tabled at this time.
