RUTZICK 'T'he City Attorney reported (hat the City has petitioned for eminent PROPTJRTY domain proceedin~~s to acquire the Rutzick property and a court date has been scheduled. There are some title issues relative to that property, and it is anticipated that they will be cleared up in the proceedings. OUTDOOR The City Planner indicated that the Planning Commission has STORAGE recommended that en ordinance be prepared to address the issue of IN THG outdoor storage in the I-I' District. That proposed ordinance will be 1-Y reviewed by the Commission at their next meeting and then forwarded on DIS7"RIC;"1' to the City Council with a recommendation. ll.A.R.P:. l~he City Adminishator reviewed his memo relative to the D.A.R.E. program noting that hn+o of [he cities contracting with the Ramsey County SheriU's Department have indioated they will not continue to support the 16
