A9. <br />fhe foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Scalze, Montour, LaValle, Anderson. <br />Nays (0), Resolution declared adopted. <br />RUTZICK 'T'he City Attorney reported (hat the City has petitioned for eminent <br />PROPTJRTY domain proceedin~~s to acquire the Rutzick property and a court date has <br />been scheduled. There are some title issues relative to that property, and it <br />is anticipated that they will be cleared up in the proceedings. <br />OUTDOOR The City Planner indicated that the Planning Commission has <br />STORAGE recommended that en ordinance be prepared to address the issue of <br />IN THG outdoor storage in the I-I' District. That proposed ordinance will be <br />1-Y reviewed by the Commission at their next meeting and then forwarded on <br />DIS7"RIC;"1' to the City Council with a recommendation. <br />ll.A.R.P:. l~he City Adminishator reviewed his memo relative to the D.A.R.E. <br />program noting that hn+o of [he cities contracting with the Ramsey County <br />SheriU's Department have indioated they will not continue to support the <br />16 <br />
