Resohrtion declared adopted. <br />PRCLIMINARI' Mayor I=whey opened the Public Hearing to consider the Preliminary and <br />& FINAL Final Plat for the Garden Terrace Addition requested by Common Bond <br />PLAT - to facilitate the addition of senior housing to Garden Terrace. It was noted <br />GARDEN that the City Planner and the Planning Commission have recommended <br />TIiRRACG approval. <br />
