MINUTCS <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JULY 24, 2002 <br />There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />Upon motion by Fahey, seconded by LaValle, the public hearing was <br />dosed. <br />Fahey asked the status of the roof for the existing Garden Terrace <br />building. Jon Weiss, Common Bond, reported that they are obtaining an <br />additional price for the roof If the price is acceptable, Common Bond <br />will proceed to put a pitched roof on the existing buildin ;. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2002-7-772 -APPROVING TIIE PRELIMINARY <br />AND FINAL PLAT FOR T/1E GARDL'N %'ERRACE ADD/TION <br />.SUR.IEC%' TO COMP/.IANC`E GVI%'H THE RECOMMENDATIONS <br />OF THE CITS' P/.ANNER ANl) CITY ENGINEER <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, LaValle, Scalze, Montour, Anderson, <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />VACATION Fahey opened the Public 1-learing to consider the vacation of an access <br />OF ACCCSS easement relative to the Garden Terrace property.
