MINUTES Cl"TY COUNCIL, JULY 24, 2002 Jon Weiss, Common Bond, reported that they are in the process of finalizing HUD financing for the Garden Terrace Addition. It is their hope that construction will begin approximately September 1". PRTJLIlVIINARY whey opened the Public Hearing to consider the Preliminary and Pinal & FINAL PLAT- Plat for the Tacheny Addition consisting of eight townoffice units. Jt was TACH1/NY noted that the Planning Commission has recoimnended approval of the AD,D~IT[ON plat. There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on this matter. Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Anderson, Montour, Fahey. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. ARCIIITGC- Fahey opened the Public Hearing to consider the Architectural Review TURAL relative to the Poolside addition at 121 Gast County Road C. The Planning RCViT;W - Commission recommended approval of the architectural review subject to POOLSIDG compliance with the recommendations of the City Planner and City ADDITION Engineer. "I"he Council reviewed the recommendation of the Public Works Director relative Co an electrical line that was placed within the City's storm sewer pipe. It is his recommendation that this line be relocated as a condition of approval. 'I"here was some discussion regarding who is responsible for relocation of the electrical line. Fahey indicated that the City did not need to be a party to drat discussion. The issue was between the property owner and Xcel Energy.
