MINUTES <br />Cl"TY COUNCIL, <br />JULY 24, 2002 <br />Jon Weiss, Common Bond, reported that they are in the process of <br />finalizing HUD financing for the Garden Terrace Addition. It is their <br />hope that construction will begin approximately September 1". <br />PRTJLIlVIINARY whey opened the Public Hearing to consider the Preliminary and Pinal <br />& FINAL PLAT- Plat for the Tacheny Addition consisting of eight townoffice units. Resolution declared adopted. <br />ARCIIITGC- Fahey opened the Public Hearing to consider the Architectural Review <br />TURAL relative to the Poolside addition at 121 Gast County Road C. The Planning <br />RCViT;W - Commission recommended approval of the architectural review subject to <br />POOLSIDG compliance with the recommendations of the City Planner and City <br />ADDITION Engineer. <br />"I"he Council reviewed the recommendation of the Public Works Director <br />relative Co an electrical line that was placed within the City's storm sewer <br />pipe. It is his recommendation that this line be relocated as a condition of <br />approval. 'I"here was some discussion regarding who is responsible for <br />relocation of the electrical line. Fahey indicated that the City did not need <br />to be a party to drat discussion. The issue was between the property owner <br />and Xcel Energy. <br />
