<br />Therefore, city staff would recommend approval of a Comprehensive Sign Plan amendment at 80 <br />Little Canada Road E. to allow nine tenant wall signs up to 76 square feet each on the building <br />elevations as proposed based on the following conditions – <br /> The Property Owner is required to select one cohesive form of signage that is consistent <br />throughout on all tenant signage and resubmit the plan to staff for review prior to the City <br />Council meeting. <br /> The Property Owner is required to remove all tenant signage that does not comply with the <br />Comprehensive Sign Plan with 30 days of approval. <br /> <br />If the Property Owner is not agreeable to the above conditions, city staff is recommending denial of the <br />Comprehensive Sign Plan Amendment as presented due to the following factors – <br /> The Architectural Guidelines indicate that “signs should be aesthetically compatible with <br />both the area and the building they serve.” <br /> The applicant has proposed a sign plan that does not create symmetry or a common theme <br />through use of design elements which is more consistent with the area and PUD District. <br /> The Architectural Guidelines indicate that “signs should exhibit a sense of continuity.” <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
