Therefore, he reconuncnded that !hc Cixu~cil not take any action on the matter ofthc OeL.onais properly until that report is ready. The Administrator noted that the Cily has not given Bob Qrootwassink and Mark i lolzler notice- of del~ttilt on the DeL,onais property. The notice that was given ~n~as a notice that (hcv ~n~ould be in default. lfthc City proceeds ~n~ith the notfcc ofde(~uilt, the property will revert to the City immedia(ely upon no(ice.
