MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCII, <br />AUGUST 14, 2002 <br />after Poolside was already in existence. fahey Pelt, however, that there <br />needed to be a balance oCinterests behn~een the business owner and the <br />residents. <br />Mr. Griebler, Jackson Street resident, pointed out thaC Poolside violates <br />the posted no parking on Jeclaon street. <br />Dorn asked if Poolsidc?s chlorine tanks were subject to regulation. <br />Stroman repor(ed that the. tanks must meet State regulations and are <br />subject to inspections. It ~roas noted that the tank will be relocated, and it <br />will be enclosed on three sides with a rooPover it. <br />There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment <br />further on (Iris maucr <br />Upon motion by Fahey, seconded by Nlon(our, the public hearing was <br />dosed. <br />Council discussed approval ofthe Poolside Architectural Review subject <br />to a list of conditions primarily related to the Jaclaon Street access as <br />semi-truck tral'lic in and out of (hc site. <br />"fhe City Administrator pointed ou( the commercial building at 80 Little <br />Canada Road and questioned the. impact that restrictions on semi-truck <br />tral'7ic would have on the businesses in that building. The Administrator <br />noted that the loading docla [br that building are located on the south side <br />of the property, nearest .lackson S(reel. <br />Anderson suggested that rather than limiting truck tragic on Jackson <br />Sheet, that the Poolside access (o Jackson street be posted as "no left turn" <br />and "exit only°.
