MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />SEPTEMBER 25, 2002 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 25th day of <br />September, 2002 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at <br />515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael I. Hanson <br />Mr. Patrick Sweeney <br />Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Mr. Jeremy Brodin <br />MINUTES Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2002-9-212 -APPROVING THE MINUTEb" OF <br />THE SEPTEMBER 11, 2002 WORKSHOP MEETING AND THE <br />SEPTEMBER II, 2002 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS <br />SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Montour, Anderson, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />NORTHWEST Kay Andrews, Executive Director, Northwest Youth & Family Services, <br />YOUTH & appeared before the Council to present a summary of services provided for <br />FAMILY residents of Little Canada as well as the cost and value of these services. <br />SERVICES Andrews pointed out that Little Canada is one of nine communities in the <br />area served by Northwest Youth & Family Services. Andrews provided a <br />brief summary of the each of the services provided. These include mental <br />health counseling, division services, youth run business, senior chore <br />
