Prior to joining NWHP, Atkinson <br />had worked for 3 years as a quality control auditor for a post-closing firm and, prior to that, <br />worked for 4 years with Bank of America and Wells Fargo in various roles. Atkinson is in the <br />process of becoming a licensed loan originator in the State of Minnesota. <br />Matt Brown – Construction Specialist - Brown has been with NWHP for 10 years and provides <br />our clients with building construction, project management, and quality control, acts as a <br />liaison between clients and contractors and authorizes the contractor payments and finalizes <br />each project. Brown previously worked for Habitat for Humanity for 6 years. Certifications: <br />Greening Affordable Housing, Design and Specifications for Rehab Specialist, Residential Green <br />Building, Design and Development for Project Managers and is a Licensed Contractor. <br />Chris Lubin – Lending Coordinator – Lubin is a Lending Coordinator for NWHP and has been in <br />the role for over 5 years. Lubin has prior experience working in the mortgage field as well as <br />working for the Department of Commerce in a regulatory position. <br />Becky Errigo – Housing Development Project Manager - Prior to joining NWHP, Errigo worked as <br />a Housing Development Project Manager at Greater Frogtown CDC for over 17 years. Previous <br />to that, Errigo worked as a Housing Project Manager at American Estate Homes Inc for 5 years. <br />Errigo possesses a BSA in Interior Design with a Construction focus. At NWHP, Errigo is <br />responsible for project management of all NWHP’s single family development projects. <br />Tasha Merritt - Housing Counselor - Merritt has worked at NWHP for 9 years and holds <br />NeighborWorks Certification in Homebuyer Education, Pre-Purchase Counseling, Financial <br />Capabilities, Post-Purchase Systems and Foreclosure Counseling. Tasha has attended 12 <br />NeighborWorks workshops and trainings and is NFMC compliant. Merritt previously worked for <br />several different public housing authorities and was a licensed realtor for several years before <br />first joining NWHP as a Board member and later as a staff member. <br />Xeemtxheej (Nick) Yang – Housing Counselor/Hmong Programming – Yang has worked at <br />NWHP for almost two years as a Housing Counselor and holds certifications in Homebuyer <br />Education, Post-Purchase Systems, Financial Capabilities, Pre-Purchase Counseling and <br />Foreclosure Counseling. Yang, who is bilingual English/Hmong, previously worked as a Housing <br />Counselor for over 4 years prior to joining NWHP. <br />Gina Graf – Housing Counselor – Graf was recently hired at NWHP as a Housing Counselor and <br />holds a certification in Financial Capabilities and is pursing certification in Pre-Purchase <br />counseling. Prior to joining NWHP, Graf has worked for three different non -profits as a Housing <br />Counselor for over 15 years. Graf was previously a licensed Realtor as well. <br />Nick Pierce – Business Development Coordinator – As NWHP’s Business Development <br />Coordinator, Pierce is responsible for NWHP’s leads management, community and business to <br />business outreach and Salesforce administration. Pierce is also a licensed Realtor. <br />13
