MINUTES CITY COUNCIL OCTOBER 23, 2002 WORKSHOP WEDNESDAY, .IANUARY 8, 2003, AT 6:30 P.M. TO DISCUSS ISSUES RELATED TO LITTLE CANADA'S IDENTITY The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. Ayes (4) Fahey, LaValle, Montour, Anderson. Nays (0). Scalze was temporarily absent from the Council Chambers. Resolution declared adopted. GROUND Mayor Fahey announced that there will be a groundbreaking ceremony BREAKING for the addition to the Garden Terrace senior housing building being CEREMONY- developed by Common Bond Communities. The ceremony will be held COMMON on Tuesday, October 29°i, at 4:30 p.m. BOND TOWN The City Administrator reported that the 50'x' Anniversary Committee would MEETING like to use the 2003 Town Meeting to kick off the various festivities that will be used to acknowledge the City's 50'x' Anniversary which occurs in 2003. Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOI. UTION NO. 2002-10-248 - SCHED UL ING THE 2003 TOWN MEETING FOR SATURDAY, APRIL 12, 2003 The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Anderson. Ayes (5) Montour, Anderson, LaValle, Fahey, Scalze. Nays(0). Resolution declared adopted. SPECIAL Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: MEETING TO CANVASS RESOLUTIONNO. 2002-10-249 -CALLINGA SPECIAL. MEETING FOR ELECTION WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 6, 2002 AT 5:30 P.M. TO CANVASS RESULTS MUNICIPAL. ELECTION RESULTS The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. Ayes (5) Fahey, LaValle, Scalze, Montour, Anderson. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted.
