MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council of Little <br />Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 13th day of November, 2002 in the Council <br />Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />NOVEMBER 13, 2002 <br />Acting Mayor Beverly Scalze called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Acting Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Ms. Beverly Scalze <br />Mr. Matt Anderson <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />ABSENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />Cable TV Producer <br />Mr. Michael I. Fahey <br />Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Mr. Thomas Sweeney <br />Mr. Jeremy Brodin <br />MINUTES Mr. Anderson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RE.SOLUTIONNO. 2002-1I-254 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE <br />OCTO73ER 23, 2002 REGULAR COUNC/I, MEETING AND THE NOVEMBER <br />6, 2002 SPECIAL MEETING AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (3) Montour, Anderson, Scalze. <br />Nayes (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />BUDGET Scalze announced that the next budget workshop is scheduled fa' Wednesday, <br />WORKSHOP November 20'x', at 6:00 p.m. <br />RICHARD The Council observed a moment of silence in honor of Richard Boss, Sr. who passed <br />BOSS, SR, away this afternoon. Mr. Boss was a 35-year member of the Little Canada Fire <br />Department and served as Fire Chief for a number of years. He also served for 24 <br />years as the City's Treasurer and was the City's Emergency Services Director for a <br />period of time. Scalze extended sympathies to Mr. Boss' family on behalf of the <br />Council, City staff, and citizens of Little Canada. <br />
