MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />NOVEMBER 20, 2002 <br />MINUTES <br />COUNCIL <br />MEMBER <br />LAVALLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 20th day of <br />November, 2002 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at <br />515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael I. Fahey called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and <br />the following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Mr. Michael I. Hanson <br />Mr. Thomas Sweeney <br />Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Mr. Jeremy Brodin <br />Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RE.SOI. UTION NO. 2002-I ]-271 -APPROVING THE MINUTES <br />OF THE NOVEMBER 13, 2002 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br />AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (4) Scalze, Montour, Anderson, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mayor Fahey and the Council wished Council Member LaValle <br />a speedy recovery. <br />PUD PERMIT Mayor Fahey opened the Public Hearing for consideration of a <br />& PUD Permit and Architectural review for relocation of the pylon <br />ARCHITECTURAL sign at the Market Place Shopping Center.
