<br /> <br /> STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />TO: Mayor Keis and Members of City Council <br /> <br />FROM: Sharon Provos, Finance Director <br /> <br />DATE: July 25, 2018 <br /> <br />RE: Part-Time Utility Billing Clerk Hire <br />Staff received 6 applications for the part-time Utility Billing Clerk. All of the applicants were <br />interviewed and staff selected Jane Burgess to fill the position. <br />Jane has been working for three years at the City of Minnetonka Beach in a similar position and we <br />believe that will help make the transition a smooth one. Jane is an upbeat and positive person and staff <br />feels she will be a good fit for the City. <br />Staff recommends hiring Jane Burgess for the Utility Billing Clerk position with a start date of August <br />1st at a starting wage of $20.06. On January 1, 2019 she would receive a raise to $21.12 and a cost of <br />living adjustment. <br />
