HANSON <br />CANADIAN DAYS SUPERHERO <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Little Canada recognizes that the Canadian Days <br />festival is SUPER important to the community of Little Canada; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the theme of the 2018 Canadian Days festival is <br />SUPERHERO HEADQUARTERS; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City and the Canadian Days Committee appreciates the <br />SUPERPOWER VISION that Ray Hanson has had for the success of Canadian <br />Days since 1977 as charter member of the Little Canada Canadian Days <br />Committee and as the first signer on the Little Canada Canadian Days Articles of <br />Incorporation dated November Seventeenth, Nineteen Hundred and Seventy- <br />Eight; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Canadian Days celebration continues to foster the sister <br />city connection and friendship between the two cities of Thunder Bay and Little <br />Canada; and an incredibly strong bond with the MacGillivray Pipe Band of <br />Thunder Bay that has been maintained since the first Canadian Days celebration <br />due to Mr. Hanson’s SUPER RELATIONSHIP-BUILDING POWERS; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ray Hanson has ENHANCED DURABILITY to continually <br />serve on the Canadian Days Committee since its inception in 1977; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT PROCLAIMED that the Little Canada City <br />Council and I, John T. Keis, Mayor of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota do <br />hereby proclaim Friday, August 3, 2018, as RAY HANSON SUPERHERO DAY <br />in the City of Little Canada. <br /> <br /> <br /> ______________________________ <br /> John T.
