PUBLIC NUISANCES AFFECTING HEALTH, SAFETY, COMFORT OR REPOSE. <br />The following are hereby declared to be public nuisances affecting health, safety, comfort, or <br />repose: <br />(h) All noxious weeds, tall grasses, and other rank growths; <br />No additional information has been received from Wells Fargo regarding when they will begin <br />maintaining the property. <br />As a result, City staff is requesting City Council authorize staff to proceed with the <br />abatement action at 120 Lake Street E.
