Process: <br />1.Schedule Onboarding session <br />2.I send out online questionnaire for staff and Council <br />3.Prepare report brief on organization <br />4.I will facilitate sessions to discuss report <br />5.1-2 hours with staff and 1-2 hours with elected officials <br />6.Follow-up with Administrator <br />Fee: $950 + Expenses (as outlined in the search proposal)
