<br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />TERMINATING ACCESS EASEMENT <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Little Canada Economic Development Authority owns the properties at 53 <br />and 167 South Owasso Boulevard which have access rights from South Owasso Boulevard per <br />recorded Document No. 1727848; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, A majority of the owners of property abutting certain access ways have requested <br />the City Council terminate such access easement executed on June 5, 1968 and recorded as <br />Document No.1727848; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED it appears that it will be in the best interest of the <br />City to approve such request contingent on City Council approval of dedication of a new access <br />agreement; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />LITTLE CANADA, COUNTY OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA, The Mayor and Acting City <br />Administrator are authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City of Little Canada, an <br />Easement Termination Agreement terminating the easement recorded as Document No. <br />1727848; <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council this 22nd day of August, 2018. <br /> <br /> <br /> Approved: <br /> <br /> _____________________________ <br /> <br /> John T.
