<br /> <br /> STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />TO: Mayor Keis and Members of City Council <br /> <br />FROM: Heidi Heller, City Clerk <br /> <br />DATE: September 7, 2018 <br /> <br />RE: Public Hearing for Ordinances 827, 829 and 830 <br /> <br /> <br />Ordinances 827, 829 and 830 are Zoning Code Amendments which require a public hearing. <br />The City Council has previously approved these ordinances, but the public hearing process was <br />missed. The public hearing notices have now been published and Staff recommends the Council <br />hold the public hearing and adopt Ordinances 827, 829 and 830. <br /> <br />Ordinance 827 amends the Little Canada Zoning Code Section 902.010.R.11, to further define <br />Riparian in the General Zoning Terms. <br /> <br />Ordinance 829 amends the Little Canada Zoning Code Section 914, I-1 Light Industrial, to modify <br />Section 914.040 and 914.045 relating to conditional uses and interim uses. <br /> <br />Ordinance 830 amends the Little Canada Zoning Code Section 903, Signs, to modify Section <br />903.110.E relating to Public District Signage. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
