The storage area meets all of the conditions for outdoor storage listed in Section <br />914.040.G as if it were accessory to the principal use on the subject parcel, with <br />the exception of 914.040.G.4 of this Ordinance. <br /> <br />6. Both the operator’s parcel and tThe off-site location are is found to be in full <br />compliance with all applicable zoning regulations at the time of application, and <br />have had no history of zoning violations in the previous twelve (12) months. <br /> <br />7. The owner of the property and the owner of the storage material execute a <br />development agreement with the City specifying any additional conditions for use <br />and operation of the storage area, including An interim use permit will have a <br />termination date for the interim use permit a period not to exceed more than five <br />(5) years from the date of approval as set by the City Council. <br /> <br />8. More than 90 days prior to the termination date, the Operator or Property Owner <br />may apply to renew the Interim Use Permit. Applications to renew will be <br />reviewed on a case by case basis and are not guaranteed approval by the City <br />Council. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
