MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />DECEMBER 17, 2002 <br />that to leave the Council at this point was easy given the wonderful City <br />Council and City Staff that is in place. Scalze indicated that she has had a <br />wonderful opportunity in being allowed to serve as a Little Canada <br />Council Member, and she thanked the citizens of Little Canada for <br />allowing her to do so. <br />MINUTES Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2002-72-295 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE NOVEMBER 20, 2002 WORKSHOP COUNCIL. MEETING, THE <br />NOVEMBER Z0, 2002 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING, ANI) THE <br />DECEMBER 2, 2002 TRUTH IN TAXATION MEETING <br />Tlie foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Anderson. <br />Ayes (4) Scalze, Anderson, Fahey, Montour. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />SECOND Fahey opened the public hearing to consider the renewal of Second <br />HAND Hand Goods Dealers License for Christian Life Ministries. It was <br />GOODS noted that the Sheriff's Department has no opposition to renewal <br />DEALERS of this license, and City staff is recommending approval. <br />LICENSE - <br />CHRISTIAN There was no one present from the general public wishing to <br />LIFE comment on this matter. <br />MINISTRIES <br />Upon motion by Fahey, seconded by Montour, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2002-I2-296-APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF <br />.S`ECOND HAND C,OODS DEALERS L ICENSE FOR CHRISTIAN <br />LIFE MINISTRIES THROUGH DECEMBER 3I, 2003 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (4) Scalze, Montour, Fahey, Anderson. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />RENEWAL OF Fahey opened the public hearing to consider renewal of a Pawn <br />PAWN BROKERS Brokers License and Second Hand Goods Dealers License for <br />LICENSE & Lincoln Pawn & Jewelry. It was noted that the Sheriff's <br />SECOND Department has expressed no opposition to the renewal of this <br />
