As you <br />are aware, the Contractor for the project was T.A. Schifsky & Sons. The total amount <br />earned by the Contractor on this final pay estimate is $462,365.61. Subtracting previous <br />payments of $427,421.25, the amount due the Contractor is $34,944.36. <br /> <br />This pay estimate represents payment of final quantities along with the release of all <br />retainage being held on the project. T.A. Schifsky & Sons work is in compliance with the <br />plans, specifications, and contract documents.
