<br />Ordinance 831 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />D. A development agreement and payment in lieu of taxes agreement shall be executed <br />between the owner and the City of Little Canada, including the approved plans governing <br />the development, use, and ongoing operation of the subject property. <br /> <br />E. Other Conditions. All requirements of City Council Resolution Number 2018-9-178 <br />shall be applicable at all times and completed in accordance with the deadlines stated. <br />All other requirements of the Little Canada City Code, including those of the Little <br />Canada Zoning Ordinance shall apply to the uses and activities of this zoning district, <br />except as may be modified by the terms of this Section. <br /> <br />F. Amendments. Proposed amendments as to land use, performance standards, site and <br />building plans, and other changes from that approved by the Little Canada City Council <br />at the time of adoption of this Zoning District shall be processed according to the <br />requirements of Little Canada Zoning Ordinance Section 921. <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
