<br />expired end of June 2018. Mr. Fischer was out of the country and completed the <br />renewal paperwork when he returned in July. Unfortunately, the submittal did not meet <br />the August meeting cycle deadline so Mr. Fischer requested the planning case be <br />reviewed in September. It would be city staff’s recommendation that the request for the <br />IUP to be reissued for this property be back dated to the expiration date of the previous <br />permit since there was no lapse in use. That would mean that Mr. Fischer’s IUP would <br />be issued from June 23, 2018 to June 23, 2023. <br />8. More than 90 days prior to the termination date, the Operator or Property Owner may <br />apply to renew the Interim Use Permit. Applications to renew will be reviewed on a <br />case by case basis and are not guaranteed approval by the City Council. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />Based on the above, city staff is recommending approval of a five (5) year Interim Use Permit <br />dated June 23, 2018 to June 23, 2023 at 200-208 Ryan Drive to allow for non-tenant outdoor <br />storage to Freddy’s Tree Care and Great Northern Petroleum subject to compliance with the <br />recommendations in this report. <br /> <br />
