MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />OCTOBER 29, 2018 <br />Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTIONNO. 2018-10-225 —APPROVE THE 2019-2021 <br />AGREEMENT FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICES WITH THE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Torkelson. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />At this point in the meeting, the City Council temporarily <br />adjourned and reconvened as the Economic Development Authority. <br />Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2018-10-226 — RECESSING THE CITY COUNCIL <br />MEETING AND CONVENING AS THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT <br />AUTHORITY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />APPOINTING <br />The City Cleric explained that the City Administrator is appointed as the <br />CHRISTOPHER <br />assistant treasurer and secretary of the Economic Development Authority, <br />HEINEMAN TO <br />and since there is now a new City Administrator, Christopher Heineman <br />THE ECONOMIC <br />should be appointed to the EDA to replace Joel Hanson. <br />DEVELOPMENT <br />AUTHORITY <br />Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2018-10-227 —APPOINTING CHRISTOPHER <br />HEINEMANAS THE ASSISTANT TREASURER AND SECRETARY <br />OF THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT A UTHORITY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fischer <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />EDA CORPORATE The City Cleric explained that the City has been negotiating the sale of the <br />RESOLUTION two cell tower leases on 53 South Owasso Boulevard with Crown Castle, <br />RELATIVE TO and in finalizing this process, they asked for a corporate resolution <br />THE SALE OF granting authority to negotiate the sale and authorizing the execution of <br />CELL TOWER sale documents.
