STAFF REPORT <br />TO:President Keis and Officers of the Economic Development Authority <br />FROM:Heidi Heller, City Clerk <br />DATE:October 26, 2018 <br />RE:Appoint Chris Heineman to the Economic Development Authority <br />With the hire of Chris Heineman as the new City Administrator, the Economic Development <br />Authority (EDA) should appoint him as the Assistant Treasurer and Secretary to replace previous <br />City Administrator, Joel Hanson. <br />Staff recommends the Economic Development Authority appoint Christopher Heineman as the <br />Assistant Treasurer and Secretary of the Economic Development Authority.
