MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />NOVEMBER 1.4, 2018 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council <br />of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 14" day of November, <br />2018 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little <br />Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor John Keis called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following <br />members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Mr. John Keis <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />City Administrator <br />Parks & Rec/Comm. Sery <br />City Clerk <br />Cable TV Producer <br />Mr. Tom Fischer <br />Mr. Christian Torkelson <br />Mr. Mike McGraw <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />Mr. Chris Heineman <br />Mr. Bryce Shearen <br />Ms. Heidi Heller <br />Mr. Kevin Helander <br />MINUTES Fischer introduced the following. resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTIONNO. 2018-I1-230 —APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE OCTOBER 10, 2018 COUNCIL MEETING, THE OCTOBER 29, <br />2018 SPECIAL MEETING AND THE OCTOBER 29, 2018 REGULAR <br />CO UNCIL MEETING AS S UBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />PUBLIC HEARING — <br />The City Administrator explained that the City was approached by <br />RESOLUTION <br />Presbyterian Homes asking if the City would provide conduit financing for <br />PROVIDING FOR THE <br />the acquisition, construction and equipping of a skilled nursing facility and <br />ISSUANCE AND SALE <br />demolition of the existing facility known as Langton Place in Roseville. He <br />OF HEALTH CARE <br />reported that the City has not utilized any of its annual limit for 2018. He <br />FACILITIES REVENUE <br />stated that this is a good opportunity to generate some additional revenue <br />NOTE FOR LANGTON <br />with very minimal risk. <br />PLACE PROJECT, <br />SERIES 2018 — <br />Upon motion by Keis, seconded by Montour, the public hearing was closed. <br />PRESBYTERIAN <br />HOMES <br />
