The Fire Department also identified other capital needs and a contingency <br />reserve totaling $40,037 for 2019. The Fire Department will be reimbursed for the <br />budgeted 2019 capital expenditures upon submitting the City proper documentation of <br />the expenditure or need for reserve draw.
