Resolution declared adopted. <br />CALL FOR 2019 The Public Works Director explained that the City Engineer has prepared. <br />IMPROVEMENT the feasibility reports for two project areas to be completed in 2019. He <br />HEARINGS reported that the areas are County Road D from Payne Avenue to <br />Greenbrier Street, and Greenbrier Street from County Road D to Labore <br />Road. He reported that the County Road D area meeting was held with <br />the City of Vadnais Heights and Ramsey County since the three <br />jurisdictions are partnering on this project. He stated that there were a lot <br />of people in attendance at the Greenbrier Street neighborhood meeting on <br />December 4, but some were not necessarily in support of moving forward <br />with their street improvement project, so a survey was sent to all 50 of the <br />affected properties. The Public Works Director stated that the Council <br />will need to accept the feasibility reports and call for the improvement <br />5 <br />
