MINUTES CITY COUNCIL DECEMBER 19, 2018 Fischer introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2018-12-256 —SET THE 2019 CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS AND WORKSHOPS AS PRESENTED The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. Ayes (5). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. 2019 The City Clerk stated that the terms for Dawn Kulousek and Nick APPOINTMENTS Schwalbach will expire on December 31, 2018, and that both have TO THE reapplied for the Planning Commission. She stated that one application in PLANNING addition to the incumbents were received for the Planning Commission. COMMISSION She reported that the interview committee. is recommending that Dawn AND SELECTION Kulousek and Nick Schwalbach be reappointed for 3 -year terms, and the OF THE 2019 new application will be kept on file for one year in the event of a CHAIR Commission vacancy. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOL UTION NO. 2018-12-257 ACCEPT THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE INTERVIEW COMMITTEE TO REAPPOINT DA WN KUL 0 USEK AND NICK SCHWALBACH TO 3 - YEAR TERMS ON THE PLANNING COMMISSION The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fischer. Ayes (5). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. 2019 The City Clerk stated that the terms for Tom Ray and Peter Schletty would APPOINTMENTS TO expire on December 31, 2018. She explained that Tom and Peter have THE PARKS & reapplied for new terms. She reported that one new application for the RECREATION Parks & Recreation commission was received in addition to the two COMMISSION AND SELECTION OF THE 2019 CHAIR 9
