2601-10 c. Any authorized or illegal weapon within a park shall be subject to seizure by a law enforcement officer. 8. Disturbing the Peace - Conduct. a. No person or group of persons shall disturb the peace and good order in any park by either word or act. b. No person or group of persons shall use threatening, abusive, insulting, obscene or indecent language or commit, perform or engage in any lewd, lascivious, obscene or indecent act. c. No person or group of persons shall engage in fighting, quarreling, wrangling, riotous clamor, or tumult. d. No person or group of persons shall disturb, harass or interfere with any open space user or the user's property. e. No person shall solicit or ask anyone to commit, perform or engage in any lewd, lascivious, obscene or indecent act or behavior. 6. Auto Audio Devices. a.
