MINUTES OF THE WORKSHOP MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />MARCH 13, 2019 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a workshop meeting of the City Council <br />of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 131h day of March, 2019 in the <br />Conference Room of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said <br />City. <br />Mayor John Keis called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. and the following <br />members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />City Administrator <br />City Clerk <br />Parks & Rec/Comm. Services Mgr. <br />Finance Director <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Tom Fischer <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />Mr. Christian Torkelson <br />Mr. Mike McGraw <br />Mr. Chris Heineman <br />Ms. Heidi Heller <br />Mr. Bryce Shearen <br />Ms. Brenda Malinowski <br />Mayor Keis stated that the purpose of this evening's workshop is to discuss the <br />partnership between the City and CTV, and discuss Tobacco 21 in Little Canada. <br />CTV CTV Executive Director, Dana Healey, and Jared Weidmeyer, Government and <br />PRESENTATION Public Coordinator, stated they are here to provide a presentation about ways to <br />maximize the Little Canada and CTV relationship. She noted the updated CTV <br />website will be showcased and staff will talk about how Little Canada residents <br />can utilize this resource, along with provide feedback on an audit that was done <br />on our video and production equipment. <br />Mr. Weidmeyer reported that CTV now televises Little Canada's city meetings. <br />He explained that they are tracking analytics and seeing what people are <br />watching and looking at on their website. A video produced by CTV for St. <br />Anthony was shown as an example of what they can do for cities. Ms. Healey <br />stated that these videos can be linked to the city's websites. She noted that they <br />would prefer to keep the video on their website in order to capture the analytics. <br />
