PERMIT APPLICATION. Any person, firm or corporation requiring a permit <br />shall provide the following information on the application form: <br /> <br />1. Name and address of applicant. <br /> <br />2. Name and address of land owner. <br /> <br />3. Name and address of contractor performing work. <br /> <br />3. 4. Address and legal description of land involved. <br /> <br />4. 5. Purpose of filling or excavating. <br /> <br />5. 6. A description of type and amount of fill or excavating to be done on land <br />involved. <br /> <br />6. 7. A site plan showing present and final topography and including boundary lines, <br />water courses, wetlands, natural drainage, and other significant features deemed <br />to be necessary by the authority having jurisdiction. <br /> <br />8. An erosion control plan showing methods to be used to control erosion and <br />sedimentation on the site, both during and after the construction process. <br /> <br />7. 9. Location of any buildings or structures on the property where work is to be <br />performed and on surrounding land that may be affected by the proposed work. <br /> <br />8. 10. Owner or developer shall be responsible for all required data and the City <br />Engineer shall check same for approval. <br /> <br />1501.040. FEE SCHEDULE. The following fee schedule shall apply to all applications <br />submitted1: Fees for filling, grading, and excavation operations can be found in the fee schedule <br />and will be updated as needed on an annual basis.
