MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />SEPTEMBER 25, 2019 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 25"' day of <br />September, 2019 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at <br />515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor John Keis called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />City Administrator <br />Parks & Rec/Comm. Services Mgr <br />City Clerk <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Tom Fischer <br />Mr. Christian Torkelson <br />Mr. Mike McGraw <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />Mr. Chris Heineman <br />Mr. Bryce Shearen <br />Ms. Heidi Heller <br />MINUTES McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2019-9-105 —APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE SEPTEMBER 11, 2019 WORKSHOP MEETING AND THE <br />SEPTEMBER 11, 2019 REGULAR MEETING AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fischer. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS The Parks & Rec/Community Services Manager reported that the Movie <br />in the Park has been rescheduled for this Friday starting at dusk, around <br />7:00-7:30pm, at the Spooner Park lower shelter. <br />PRESENTATIONS: Patricia Nauman, Executive Director of Metro Cities, also known as the <br />PATRICIA NAUMAN, AMM, Association of Metropolitan Municipalities, reported that Little <br />METRO CITIES Canada is considering joining the organization. She gave an overview of <br />the organization and stated there are 95 cities that are members. She <br />
