MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />OCTOBER 23, 2019 <br />fall within and below budget amounts, except for the costs associated with <br />pumping Twin Lake, but staff has requested reimbursement for these <br />expenses through a Minnesota Division of Homeland Security and <br />Emergency Management led FEMA disaster declaration. <br />Fischer stated that he is appreciative of staff filling in while we are short <br />staffed. McGraw noted that the City is looking good and it appears that <br />we will come in under budget at the end of the year. He asked if the <br />Council needs to be discussing the Twin Lake level solutions. The City <br />Administrator stated that the bypass pipe is in the process of being <br />installed last week.
