MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />OCTOBER 23, 2019 <br />Fischer introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2019-10-123 — APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT FOR PALLET SER VICE <br />CORPORA TION A T 3213 COUNTRY DRIVE TO INCREASE THE <br />STA CIS HEIGHT LIMITATION FR OM 14 FEET TO 17 FEET, AND <br />THE REMAINING PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br />CONDITIONS AS STILL IN EFFECT <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (3). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />3" QUARTER The Finance Director reported that the third quarter revenues and <br />FINANCIAL REPORT expenditures continue to have positive results and are tracking within the <br />parameters of the 2019 adopted budget. She noted that the second half of <br />property tax revenue and Local Government Aid are not received until <br />December. She reported that permit revenue is at 182% of the budgeted <br />amount and the City received a credit from Ramsey County Sheriff s <br />Department for 2018 expenses.
