MINUTES <br />CITE' COUNCIL, <br />NOVEMBER 20, 2019 <br />replaced., trail repair and maintenance and improve the lower shelter at <br />Spooner Park, improve the Gervais Mill Park entrance and work with a <br />consultant to complete the master plan for Pioneer Park. The Public Works <br />Director stated that a new dump truck, plate packer, scissor lift and <br />broadcast spreader are planned for 2020. He stated that Allen Avenue and <br />Greenbrier Street are the planned street projects for 2020, along with <br />reconstructing the Little Canada Road sidewalk pavers. He reviewed the <br />storm water projects and water and sewer projects planned through 2024. <br />The Finance Director explained that 2020 projects in the CIP will be <br />included in the 2020 Annual Budget that Council adopts in December, but <br />while this is a five-year plan, projects beyond 2020 can be changed or <br />moved as Council reviews the CIP annually in future years. <br />Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2019-11-135 —ADOPT THE 2020-2024 CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT PLANAS PROPOSED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0).
