MINUTES CITY COUNCIL JANUARY 24, 2001 Council agreed with the need for a workshop and suggested the following list of discussion items: the vision and goals for police services given the change in leadership at the patrol station, any anticipated funding changes, effectiveness of the DARE program, assistance in the area of code enforcement. Scale also asked that a report be given on the multi-housing coalition and that the crime-free certificates for Little Canada's multi- housingunits be located by the Sheriffl s Department and brought to this workshop. Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOL UTION NO. 2001-1-26 -CALLING FOR A WORKSHOP WITH THE RAMSEY COUNTYSHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT FOR WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY I4, 2001 AT 6 P.M. AT THE CITY CENTER The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Anderson. Ayes (5) LaValle, Anderson, Montour, Fahey, Scalze. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. WORKSHOP Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: TO DISCUSS TWIN LAKE RESOLUTION N0.2001-1-27-CALLINGAWORKSHOP TO BLVD. DISCUSS THE PROPERTY OWNED BY THE CITY ON TWIN PROPERTY LAKE BLVD. FOR WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 14, 2001 TO COMMENCE IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle.
