MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JANUARY 24, 2001 <br />Road repairs, parking lot work for the lot at the corner of McMenemy <br />Road and Little Canada Road, and sidewalk work on Jackson Street. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI, UTION NO. 2001-1-30 -RECONSIDERING RESOLUTION <br />NO. 2001-1-18 ORDERING IMPROVEMENT NO. 2000-17 FOR <br />SEXTANT AVENUE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, Montour, Fahey, Anderson. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2001-1-31-CANCELLING IMPROVEMENT NO. <br />2000-17 SEXTANT AVENUE BASED ON THE RECOMMENDATION <br />OF THE CITYADMINISTRATOR AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY <br />ADMINISTRATOR TO NOTIFY THE .SEXTANT AVENUE <br />PROPERTY OWNERS OF THIS ACTION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fahey. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Fahey, Montour, Anderson, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTIONNO. 2001-1-32-ACCEPTING THE CITYSTAFF'S <br />RECOMMENDATION TO PROCEED WITH THE <br />AUSTRALIAN/BLUWOOD IMPROVEMENT AS PREVIOUSLY <br />ORDERED, AND ORDERING THE ADDITIONAL WORK TO BE <br />COMBINED WITH THIS PROJECT AS RECOMMENDED BY CITY <br />STAFF <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, Montour, Anderson, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />LEGISLATIVE The City Administrator reported that the Ramsey County League of Local <br />ISSUES Governments will be meeting on Thursday evening to prioritize legislative <br />issues. The City Administrator recommended that the Mayor and Council <br />attend this meeting given that issues will be discussed which are critical to <br />Ramsey County cities. <br />
